• The “Weekly” Training Programs

    These training programs are for either the Novice or the performance-orientated runner who require a hands on approach to coaching, fitted around a personalized plan which is going to allow you to achieve your running goals.

    These programs also include “Free” Group speed sessions twice per week.

    # Your program will be reviewed weekly and sent out to you every Monday.

    # You can also email me anytime you can’t do a particular run because of personal or work commitments or aches and pains. We can make adjustments.

    #You can be any level of runner. From beginners to advanced.

    #You want the added benefit of myself at your sessions.

    # You will make great friends and training partners to train with 3-4x per week within the group.

    #You want to improve your performance. ie) time, placing etc..)

    #You seek expert advice and expert training formulas to gain an advantage over your competitors.

    #You want the best chance to remain injury by having an understanding of good strengthening and stretching exercises

    #You will have a more in-depth understanding of the skills and demands of running and you will train using these skills in your program.

    #Your workouts will be designed around your ability and aimed at performance progression.

    #Your sessions will be a mix of hill repeats, tempo runs, intervals, sprints, drills and plyometrics in that suits your needs.

    #By doing this program, we will work the energy systems in your body which are required for your event.
