1. Running sessions in Central Park, focusing on form correction using running drills or doing speed work or hill repeats.
  2. Gym sessions followed by an individualized strength training plan based on your biomechanical and injury issues, for injury prevention/injury rehabilitation and to increase your strength, to get stronger and faster
