New York Marathon 2008

I finished 11 seconds faster than John’s goal time for me and when running 26 miles, that is a pretty accurate prediction!
He trained me methodically and rigorously while still allowing leeway for my long work hours. I could not have trained or preformed the way I did without John’s guidance and support.”
