New York Road Mile Championships Posted on October 4, 2006March 22, 2023 by John I finished 4th in 4mins 12secs in the NYRR Mile Road Champs after a hard training session 3 hours beforehand. This was a race i wanted to use as a training benefit for the Chicago Marathon in 3 weeks time.
