On September 17th 2006 I competed in the fast Philly Distance Run and finished 20th in 65mins 41 secs after a 14min 40sec first 5km’s.
I went out too hard but after recovering mid race I ran home strong.
This ended up being a good run for The Chicago Marathon on October 22nd.
