Since working with John, I’ve gone from a 2:48 to a 2:39 Marathon with hopes to crack 2.35 when racing resumes. John has helped me to focus on the little things that make one better and healthier runner and provides innovative workouts that can’t just be pulled out of a book or the internet. I also love the group for the weekly Sunday long runs – sometimes getting in a 20 miler in the Winter is a slog but knowing there’s a group out there doing the same thing and expecting you makes getting out the door a hell of a lot easier .
