I love training with the Hounds. John is the best coach. I started running 2 years ago and in my first year of running I ran my first marathon with Coach John’s expertise at 3:24 and qualified for the Boston Marathon. Also I was able to take my half marathon from 2 hours to 1:30 in a year. Coach John is also a great strength coach and emphasises strength training in his plans which has helped me prevent injuries and become a faster runner. Training with the Hounds is so inspiring and every time I run with the team, I am motivated to be the best I can be because I am surrounded by the best!
