New Jersey Marathon 2009, Henwood Hounds

“I began training with john in dec 2008. My goal was to run short races in central park at pr’s and complete a half marathon in sub 2hours(1hr 39min bronx in feb 2009) and a  spring marathon in under 4hours. I followed johns program with 2 weight sessions per week with around 65miles of running. The amazing thing was I lost 30lbs and 6inches off the waist as well! I completed the nj marathon in 3hrs 47mins. I could not have done this without johns guidance. John is the best coach I have ever had.”
