On May 13th I finished 11th in 29 mins 36 secs at The Newport 10k in New Jersey.
On May 20th I finished 14th in The Healthy Kidney 10k in Central Park New York which was won by Craig Mottram.
I ran 20 secs slower than last year with a time of 29 mins 49 secs.
I have a lot of mileage in my legs right now for The Grandmas Marathon in Duluth in a few weeks.
