I was in a rut and considering taking a break from marathoning. I decided to give it one more shot and got on one of John’s plans. In the short time working with John, my running has improved tremendously. In less than 5 months, I’ve set big personal bests in every distance from the 5k to the marathon. In my goal race, the Hartford marathon, I PR’d BY 10 MINUTES!
